Shipping :
Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking.
Rush orders are available, as is Priority Mail Express.

Grace Crowley Designs is not responsible for shipping delays, damage or lost orders once the package has been shipped to you.

Returns:
Due to the bespoke nature of each personalized item we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these custom pieces. Each item is hand designed just for you!

We kindly encourage you to review all personalization details carefully prior to ordering. In particular please check spelling, and monogram etiquette and order, prior to submitting your order. Since each item is created exactly as entered, Grace Crowley Designs cannot offer refunds for errors in the information provided.

Colors of thread, and images can vary by computer monitors. Please message us with questions prior to placing your order if you need help with personalization.

Questions and Concerns

At Grace Crowley Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products and embroidery. If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within five days of delivery so we can promptly address the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement:

The defect must be substantial and result from an error by a team member, such as the wrong monogram font, during the production or customization process.

We reserve the right to request photographic proof of the damage or defect before authorizing a replacement or resolution.
