Questions and Concerns

At Grace Crowley Designs, we stand behind the quality of our products and embroidery. In the very rare instance your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within three days of delivery so we can promptly address the issue.

To be eligible for a replacement:

The defect must be substantial and result from an error by a team member, such as the wrong monogram font, during the production or customization process.

Grace Crowley Designs reserves the right to request photographic proof of the damage or defect before authorizing a replacement or resolution.

You will be responded to as quickly as possible with a resolution!

Grace Crowley Designs is not responsible for shipping delays or damage after the order has left the shop.
